I am nominating this article for deletion for the second time (here is a link to the
previous discussion). The main reason is that the project is still, after about four years, unstarted. The owner recently had two interviews (
one,
two)) under titles "Tajipedia, the first Arabic Wikipedia". There he stated that the project is going to be launched very soon, probably before the end of this year, and maybe even much earlier, say in September. The 'first Arabic Wikipedia' is still empty. Last changes to the article history were in late 2010, and these were removing Spanish interwiki (speedy deleteion) and Arabic interwiki after an AfD discussion. Since English Wikipedia has already served as a
crystal ball concerning this subject since 2008, I think this article can safely be deleted now, and can be re-created after it becomes a working and notable project. --

Delete - Pure publicity/crystal balls for a project which has never taken off.

Delete per
WP:CRYSTAL, with the possibility of recreation if and when the project actually takes off.
