Delete. People do not get Wikipedia articles just for running as candidates in upcoming political party primaries — the notability test at
WP:NPOL is holding a notable political office, not just running for one. But nothing else here demonstrates that he has any preexisting notability for other reasons besides the candidacy, and the article is not referenced even remotely close to well enough to claim that he could be deemed a special case of greater notability than other candidates.
