Does not appear to pass
WP:ACADEMIC or
WP:BIO. Most of the references given are to the subject's own website, lokapure.com. His webpage
[1], indicates a visiting appointment and then an Assistant Professor appointment, followed by two research type industry positions. He lists, some publications and several patents, but his GScholar profile
[2] gives a total of only 44 citations with an h-index of 4. There is one solid reference given to a news-story about him, ref number 2
[3]. But there is nothing else in the record that I can see to indicate passing either
WP:ACADEMIC or
WP:BIO or
WP:GNG, and I am not seeing enough here to justify notability on the basis of either of these.

Comment. Hmm, something interesting here. Apparently this article had existed before under the title
Sachin G Lokapure, and was deleted in March 2015 in a prior AfD,
Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Sachin G Lokapure. The creator of the current article,
User:Dr ram staya, first blanked
[4] that prior AfD, and then created this new article, by omitting one letter, 'k', from the last name of the subject in the title. Probably qualifies for CSD G4.
