Non-notable mayor who fails WP:NPOL and WP:GNG. Sourced almost entirely to primary sources, birth certificates, and find a grave. He does get cited on newspapers.com in his capacity as a mayor, real estate developer, and commissioner of the housing authority, but nothing on him that I could find that I think is anything other than run of the mill local political coverage.
