Delete. Poorly sourced article about a person whose primary claim of notability is that he unsuccessfully ran for political office in 1977 against
Harvey Milk, and thus appeared as a minor supporting character in the film Milk. Neither of these constitutes an automatic notability pass in and of itself, but the only sources here are the film's IMDb page confirming that his name appears in the character list, and an interview with him on a podcast. This is not the kind of
reliable source coverage it takes to satisfy
WP:GNG in the absence of any subject-specific notability claim. And even in EBSCO's "LGBT Life" database, where I'd expect a noteworthy gay activist to be sourceable out the yin-yang, I still can't find any real coverage of him besides glancing namechecks of his existence in coverage of Milk.
