- Delete. Being leader of a minor political party can get a person into Wikipedia if he can be referenced well enough to clear WP:GNG, but is not an automatic free WP:NPOL pass that guarantees him an article just because he exists. The references here aren't cutting it in terms of getting him over GNG, however: they're all either glancing namechecks of his existence in coverage of other things, or tangential verification of stray facts that doesn't even mention him at all, not substantive coverage about him.
