  • Delete. In its current form, this is a completely unsourced article about a person whose only substantive claim of notability is as the leader of a splinter faction within a political party, with no evidence that he's actually held a notable office to satisfy WP:NPOL, and no real substance to indicate why leading a splinter faction within a political party would get him over WP:GNG either.
