Promotional, non-notable, and apparently undeclared paid editing. The refs are almost entirely notes about funding, which is never enough to justify an article. The others are newspaper articles clearly based on press releases, which are therefore indiscriminate and not reliable. - I suppose you mean "Delete and redirect" because there is no reason to preserve the present content in the page history behind the redirect DGG ( talk ) 05:45, 7 November 2017 (UTC)
