Minimally sourced WP:BLP of a person notable only as a non-winning electoral candidate. This is not a claim of notability that gets a person into Wikipedia in and of itself, per WP:NPOL — if you cannot demonstrate and properly source that he was already eligible for a Wikipedia article for some other reason independent of his candidacy, then he does not become eligible for an article until he wins the election.
