In spite of the article's state, the article passes WP:NPOL because it is equivalent to United States Deputy Attorney General, and WP:POLOUTCOMES states that Sub-cabinet officials [...] are usually considered notable, especially if they have had otherwise notable careers. ミラ P 19:43, 21 December 2019 (UTC) reply
