The genus is a nomen nudum (i.e. it is not formally published) published in a pre-print. As the genus is not formally published (and likely never will be, as it is by a non-palaeontologist with many crank ideas, see Wikipedia:Administrators'_noticeboard/IncidentArchive996#User:Falconfly) it fails WP:SPECIESOUTCOMES.
