This is some sort of COI/Paid article (throwaway account with just enough edits to launch article into mainspace) with the flimsiest references, only one of which seems to be about the subject). It's riddled with weasel PR; subject is, in essence, a finsec Mother Theresa. But mainly, there's no evidence that the subject is notable, and it's thoroughly objectionable to see wikipedia co-opted for this sort of PR bullshit.

Notability for a writer is not established by using Google Books to source the fact that the books exist, it's established by using media coverage about the books to source the fact that they've been externally validated as significant (award wins, critical attention from professional literary critics, etc.)

Delete - No reliable sources found. Pure PR "With her successful mentoring of hundreds of companies to enter international markets and raise funds, Fleming is an entrepreneur and investor, lawyer, mentor, and speaker. Today, Fleming is a public speaker, also the Executive Producer of the European Business and Investment Summit." ugh.

Delete. This is written like an advertisement, not like a properly
neutral and objective encyclopedia article, and it's referenced entirely to
primary sources that are not support for notability, with absolutely no evidence of
WP:GNG-worthy media coverage in independent and reliable sources being shown at all.
