Delete, and at a push redirect to
Celtic League (political organisation) and mention him there. Michael Chappell's media coverage is solely restricted minor references relating to statements and attention-seeking on behalf of this organisation. If this article stays, the link the reference to the border between Cornwall and England needs changing - like it or not, the rest of the world considers Cornwall to be part of England.

DeleteCeltic League seems to be a minor political movement (though described as a NGO. As such the subject should be judeged against
WP:POLITICIAN and clearly fails. No dount he hopes that his fast (now allegedly 10 days old) will make him notorious.
