Chairperson for political organizations is not inherently notable. Nothing else indicates they're notable.

Delete A youth organization chairman? Please. Not nearly enough by itself to be notable.

Keep and unless I am very much mistaken, Speedy Keep as nominator seems to have not applied
WP:POLITICIAN: "Politicians and judges who have held international, national or sub-national (statewide/provincewide) office, and members and former members of a national, state or provincial legislature. This will also apply to those who have been elected but not yet sworn into such offices". Blueboy96 also is mistaken about facts, but facts of the article rather than notability guidelines; Mbali is chair not of a youth organization, but of a youth party, a section of the
Democratic Alliance (South Africa).
