WP:BLP of a city councillor. As always, city councillors are not automatically notable enough for Wikipedia articles just because they exist -- they are accepted as "inherently" notable only if they serve in an internationally prominent global city, and otherwise clear the bar only if they can be referenced to a depth and range and volume of reliable source coverage that marks them out as much more significant than most other city councillors. But this is referenced exclusively to her own "staff" profile on the city's own self-published website and a Blogspot blog, neither of which are reliable sources that contribute anything at all toward making a city councillor notable enough, and nothing stated in the article is "inherently" notable enough to exempt her from having to have much, much better sources than this.
