WP:BLP of a county-level politician, not properly referenced as clearing WP:NPOL #2. As always, the county level of political office is not a notability freebie -- to be notable enough for an article, a county councillor has to show a depth and range and volume of sourcing that marks him out as much more special than most other county councillors, but this is completely unreferenced.
