Article which makes no claim to notability and does not present multiple, independent, non-trivial sources.

Delete orMerge to the article about the university. This dorm, a former retirement home, houses fewer than 100 students. No independent and reliable references with significant coverage are presented to support
notability.

Keep - There are independent sources if you look for them. For example, University of Chicago off the record By Joshua Steinman (pages 53 and 59). This is one of many, many deletions which
User:Namiba is attempting by redirects, PRODs and in some cases AfDs. I suggest that he work to gain consensus at Wikiprojects University or the individual college article talk pages rather than this bold attempt to delete so many articles. Thanks.

Merge/redirect to the University article. I don't see any independent sources that demonstrate the notability necessary to warrant a stand-alone article.

Delete. This dorm was an old folks home that was bought by the UofC and converted. It has absolutely no redeeming features or architectural interest.
