The result was keep. There's still a decent consensus that this material may well belong on Wikipedia and that it can be sufficiently sourced. I would suggest that if a transwikied version on Wiktionary could be shown to be performing a similar function in a more appropriate place, people may be more amenable to deleting this article in future - as it is, many participants aren't convinced that that's the case, and hence this article is staying.
