I feel this falls under
WP:INDISCRIMINATE (statistics). Touring info can already be found under the main page
Puffy AmiYumi, we really don't need a collection of dates/places.

Comment. I don't exactly remember creating this split-off article over ten years ago. But there are hundreds/thousands of examples of its kind, as a look through
Category:Lists of concert tours and
Category:Concert tours by artist will attest, all of which could be considered a collection of dates and places. Yes, the formatting of this one is definitely substandard.

@
Wasted Time R: I would suggest making a section under
Puffy AmiYumi, and going from there. You do have a point about other articles succeeding in separate "List of x tours articles" but for this case it might be
WP:TOOSOON. -

Delete as indiscriminate collection of information. None of the tours are independently notable & the article lists no sources.

Merge back to
Puffy AmiYumi#Tours, eliminating the details about venues. The detail given here seems unencyclopedic to me; it would be sufficient to have a handful of bullets in the main article, one of each tour. ~

You are talking about merging
WP:OR back into the article though. -

No, I'm talking about merging the major headings back in, basically. That isn't OR, the existence of the tours should be easily verifiable. ~
