Comment. For the record, while articles under this title have been deleted three times before, none of the prior deleted versions were about the same person that this version is about. (The only one to go through AfD was included in
Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Qiao Liang (Three Kingdoms) and pertained to a person who lived 1,800 years before this Li Huang.) --

This appears to have been a procedural AfD nomination because the article creator originally requested speedy deletion per
CSD G7 when the article was accidentally moved to the user space. However, that issue has already been resolved, so we should close this AfD.--

Yes -- the article I mistakenly created in userspace was deleted, and thanks for that. But I did not request that the present article be deleted!
