Unelected candidates for political office do not get Wikipedia articles just for being candidates — if you cannot make a credible and properly sourced claim that they were already notable enough for an article before they became a candidate, then they do not become notable enough for an article until they win the election. But nothing here constitutes enough notability, and none of the sourcing is substantive enough to meet
WP:GNG in lieu of failing
WP:NPOL. Delete.
