Bio of a person notable as the former mayor of a
London borough, abysmally written (the introduction is "Born in Birunani, Kodagu district surrounded by the western ghats rich in forests and fields and coffee estates a splash of colour and dream of Painters and Poets.") and resting entirely on
primary sources. Wikipedia does not extend an automatic presumption of
notability to borough councillors in London, but only to the
Mayor of London and the members of the main citywide
London Assembly, and there's no
valid sourcing here to claim
WP:GNG instead. Delete unless the sourcing and the quality can be massively overhauled.

There seems to be a biography of him in
this book. There is no problem with the length of that. There is a
newspaper obituary for him in the Star of Mysore. My initial reaction is that he will be notable on account of the coverage in the obituary.

Delete. Local councillor. No real notability. A brief obit in a local newspaper in India and a paragraph in what looks to be a list of Coorgs who've achieved any sort of notability don't cut it. --

Delete - My searches
here,
here and
here found nothing to suggest improvement or good notability.

Delete A sweep of
British news suggested I should look no further but I remain open to changing my view if new sources are found.--
