Julian is not independently notable at all, unlike his brother. The sources used currently on the article are two Dota 2 ones (which in no way means Julian is notable, just because he worked on a game that is), along with Mobygames and VGMDB (two user submitted sites, and therefore not allowed). Just googling Julian brings 90% of the pages and articles for his brother, so you aren't going to find much else on him. This should simply redirect to Jeremy Soule.
