Biography, sourced only to the Weebly page of a local organization named after him, of a person notable only as a local city attorney. This does not constitute enough notability, or enough
reliable source coverage, to get a Wikipedia article. Delete.

My apologies, I somehow missed the buried Georgia State Senate claims in the process of looking at the fact that the bulk of the article focused almost entirely on his role as a local attorney and as the namesake of a couple of local institutions. Referencing improvement is definitely needed, but consider this withdrawn.
