Notability concerns for this son of a political figure. The article is heavily focused on trivial/gossip details such as deleted tweets and celebrity dating.

Delete Has a famous great-grandfather. No claim to individual notability.

Delete. Notability is
WP:NOTINHERITED, so he does not get a Wikipedia article just for being related to John McCain, but nothing here is an independent notability claim in its own right and the sourcing isn't really evincing a solid
WP:GNG pass as it represents a mix of sources that glancingly namecheck his existence without being about him, and sources which include him giving soundbite to the media about his dad while continuing to not really have him as their subject. I'm also absolutely sure we've done this before at a slightly variant title, because I distinctly remember a past AFD discussion about a relative of John McCain where the keep proponents argued that he was notable because a graduating ceremony at the US Naval Academy had put him in the company of Barack Obama just months after Obama had defeated McCain in the 2008 election — and the very first source here has the headline "Obama hugs Navy grad John McCain IV", suggesting that this is the same person as what I'm remembering even though there's no deleted history at this particular title.

Comment I apologize, when I created the article I thought it would pass the notability standards independent of his father on the basis of the widespread coverage of his writing and relationships and didn't check to see if it had been created previously. That said, I do understand that the coverage of his writing would not have occurred had his father not been famous, and the coverage of his relationships would not have occurred had he not been dating an actress. I defer to the consensus express here.

Delete nothing notable about him. Of course I also think this applies to several children of US presidents, for example
Tiffany Trump, who we do have articles on, but that is another story.
