Mowrer's only claim to notability is being a candidate for the United States House of Representatives. WP:POLITICIAN notes that merely being an unelected candidate isn't enough and I don't see anything else here. –  Philosopher  Let us reason together. 00:09, 9 November 2014 (UTC) reply

  • Redirect to United States House of Representatives elections in Iowa, 2014#District 4 per WP:POLOUTCOMES. Subject has received mention in multiple non-primary and secondary reliable sources, some of which meet WP:SIGCOV, therefore the subject is notable per WP:GNG. However, all these reliable sources are about this subject in regards to a single event, which is the race for the 4th Congressional District of Iowa in 2014; therefore, the subject falls under WP:BIO1E. As the subject has not received significant coverage outside of this political race, the essay that best instructs us what to do is POLOUTCOMES, that says that politicians who ran for notable sub-national and national races, who are not notable outside of the field of politics, are to be redirected to the most relevant race which the subject ran for (or something similar to those words). As the subject does not meet the criteria set forth in WP:SOLDIER, a redirect to the target stated in my first sentence is the best solution.-- RightCowLeftCoast ( talk) 19:12, 9 November 2014 (UTC) reply
  • Redirect to United States House of Representatives elections in Iowa, 2014#District 4 per RightCowLeftCoast. This is an appropriate outcome for an unsuccessful candidate running for a national office Enos733 ( talk) 16:59, 12 November 2014 (UTC). reply
