No indication the subject passes the general notability guidelines or the notability guidelines for authors. Her book was published by what seems to be a vanity publisher [1]. All of the "sources" listed on her ar.wiki page [2] are links to landing pages, not any actual articles. The only other reference I could find is a bio page on The Karta Arabic Fiction Awards [3].
