The result was delete. No evidence of notability; also concerns about promotional content. Nothing in this close should be taken as prohibiting nor requiring a redirect to "home care".

Horrible sourcing, no real evidence of notability, just some trivial mentions in the press, usually barely talking about the actual subject.
Only actual claim for notability is based on the Franchise Times - who don't appear to be notable - saying they grew quickly compared to... well, as far as I can tell from the source, it's fastest growth of franchises of new companies who are covered by a paid service named FRANdata, are franchises, and who meet a variety of other requirements. Not exactly an unambiguous demonstration of notability.
And, of course, there's the issue that it was created by
User:Expewikiwriter, a now-blocked sockmaster paid group account.

Question: Is it possible that this could be used as a redirect for
home care? By this I mean that it'd be "home care assistance" along the lines that someone would be searching for more information about home care. I know that "home care" itself would pop up first, but this might have potential as a redirect.

If so, it should probably be deleted first, then redirected. Otherwise, you're just encouraging a sudden easter egg-ish change to the link from a talk on
home care to a company's page. There are, after all, a lot of socks around, so a little more care is probably in order. Also, shouldn't that be the lowercase
home care assistance?

Probably- I'm sort of ambivalent about using it as a redirect for the exact reasons you've stated, but thought it might work as a redirect. I'm good with it not being a redirect and just being deleted as well, though.

Strong DeleteThis obviously fails WP:GNG, add in
User:Expewikiwriter and I'm dissapointed there aren't guidlines that would allow admins to delete articles from accounts like this immediately. Not to mention Wikipedia is not a directory, listing service, advertising, etc.

Delete - Agree with the others - CORP doesn't appear to be met. Had a look for better sources but could only find press release after press release. Ambivalent about the redirect.
