Delete. WP:BLP, with some advertorial/résumé overtones, of a person notable only as a non-winning candidate in a party primary. As always, this is not a claim of notability that gets a person into Wikipedia in and of itself -- if you cannot demonstrate and properly source that she already passed a notability criterion for some other reason independent of running in the primary, then the primary itself does not get her over the inclusion bar.
