Delete: not sufficiently notable. Being a British Resident does not make him sufficiently notable, unless Wikipedia intends to open the floodgates to all the functionaries of the British Empire. Delete. Bristolbottom ( talk) 19:25, 21 September 2014 (UTC)
- Keep being made a Knight Commander of the Order of St Michael and St George is no small honour, and not something that every British Resident receives.
