Keep - I note the article needs ocnsiderable expansion and referencing but Swier has been a key player in privatisation reforms on both sides to the Tasman. With some work should easily fall within the notability guidelines

Delete possibly he was around in the 1990s during the privatizations, as an adviser and somebody who was asked by the press to make short statements, but he fails
WP:NPOL, he's now a lobbyist, ahem, consultant, operating far from the limelight, as can be gathered from some newspaper snippets, as to
WP:GNG, if there
