- Delete. Florence SC is not large enough to confer an automatic presumption of notability on its mayors just because they exist, but this is not referenced anywhere near well enough to get him over the "more notable than the norm for his class of topic" bar that he would actually have to clear. And yes, it's written far too much like a promotional advertisement, but even politicians who do clear our notability standards still don't get to keep articles written in that kind of tone.
