Quasi-promotional WP:BLP of a public speaker, resting almost entirely on primary sources. Although there are a couple of reliable sources here, every one of them is covering him specifically in the context of an unsuccessful candidacy for election to his local school board — which isn't a role that would satisfy WP:NPOL even if he'd won the election. Which means that the article isn't making or sourcing a proper claim of notability that would make him a keepable topic, because neither primary sources nor coverage of an unsuccessful campaign for a non-notable office count for anything toward meeting WP:GNG.
