Non-notable would-be politician. I emphasize the would-be, because, while she ran for Parliament, she was defeated. Other than that, there's some quite routine coverage about the fairly minor bureaucratic post she held, but nothing really rising to encyclopedic level. -

Per
WP:POLITICIAN, she'll qualify for an article in the future if she runs in and wins another election to a notable office, but she does not qualify for an article just for being a candidate. In most cases, a candidate qualifies for an article on here only if she's notable enough for other things to get past a different notability guideline, but that condition hasn't been met here either. Delete.
