notable. Lacks coverage in multiple independent reliable sources. There is a little coverage around him in relation to the
Leaky homes crisis but nothing to build a
BLP on. Being on the
Hobson Community Board is not enough for
WP:NPOL. One of a
glut of articles on seemingly non notable St Peter's College old boys. Wikipedia is not a webhost for a collection bios of a schools former students.

Keep well-known and controversial architect in Auckland. His involvement in local politics and other connections are related to his architectural practice. The article needs more work but he is certainly notable.
