The concept is largely a duplicate of Climate change mitigation, which I would count as the main article. Having several articles on one subject is confusing. I suggest that any unique content is merged with the other article and this one deleted. Shritwod ( talk) 20:33, 12 February 2016 (UTC)

- Merge and Redirect to climate change mitigation: for reasons stated by proposer. (I have not read either article, only skimmed.) I did search climate change mitigation and there is no wiki-link to Climate action. Probably those who worked on this this article were not aware of the other article.
