Delete. Undoubtedly a sad matter, but the subject fails the test of notability. The 11-year-old was not notable prior to death, so this is
WP:ONEVENT. The death has not led to any significant change to community or legal practice.

Delete: It's certainly a sad event, as are other child deaths. With an absence of significant and long running press coverage, taking into account
WP:NOTMEMORIAL, it falls outside the criteria for inclusion. –

Awful, and I can certainly empathize. But it's clear that his death has not attracted ongoing news coverage. Too bad, but delete.
