Delete I highly doubt a player with this few matches would have GNG passing coverage in offline or non-English language media, and therefore he likely fails GNG. There's no suitable redirect here either as he played for a couple of sides.

Given that Central Provinces and Berar, one of his teams, played less than 20 senior matches in a very short timeframe, I'm happy to redirect to
List of Madhya Pradesh cricketers here, with a note added perhaps. It's not ideal, as RF22 says, but is a better option than outright deleting. There is years of precedent for redirecting cricketers to lists going back to 2018. Arguments citing NCRICKET are generally considered to not be of value at AfD these days so we have to, I'm afraid, discount this argument here. It comes down to an ATD existing. An alternative redirect target would be
List of people from Nagpur if there is no consensus that redirecting to the MP list is appropriate.

Delete, no redirect - I'm not finding any significant coverage, and I'm not impressed by the suggested redirect targets.
List of people from Nagpur is for notable people only, and I really don't see the value in redirecting to a list where the subject only appears as a redlinked name. –
