The article describes a twin skyscraper project. The taller tower is a vision, and was never completed, and the shorter tower is completed as shown in the article Ritz-Carlton Jakarta. The visioned tall skyscraper is not really notable enough to have its own article. A mention of it in the proper article could be a good option.
