Tried redirecting as per
WP:CRYSTAL but it's since been contested - this is as of yet unreleased and has no coverage outside of "Microsoft just announced x will be released on y date" along with rumor-hype, which isn't really much of an article. I'd ask that this be deleted and redirected to the original target and can be revisited once it's released/if it receives necessary coverage.

Deletion is definitely not appropriate as the game is due out in 3 months, and MS has talked extensively in general of the Age of Empires definitive editions. Whether this game needs a separate article from the original Age of Empires II game that's a separate question, but regardless "Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition" will be a likely search term. At worst Merge and Redirect to
Age of Empires II but a Keep is also possible. --

Keep. Not sure how
WP:CRYSTAL is supposed to be applicable here since all information is in fact verifiable and it's virtually certain that the game will meet any notability tests once released since reviews in multiple magazines and other reliable sources for a major title like that will exist. But it already meets
WP:GNG because it has received
significant coverage in multiple reliable sources
[1][2][3][4][5]. Heck, there is even a
extensive review of the beta version already. Definitely individually notable. Regards

Keep The game is due out pretty soon, and has some coverage. I don't think it makes much sense to delete it, just to recreate it in about a month when pre-release hype and reviews start coming in. Alternatively, could Merge with
Age of Empires II.

Keep Specially considering that it has already received lots of coverage in multiple gaming and news outlets
[15],
[16],
[17],
[18] and already has a confirmed release date,
November 14,
2019, which is two and half months away. I would also advocate for a Merge but we already have
Age of Empires II: HD Edition, which itself is an enhanced edition/re-release as a separate article. UzEE10:10, 31 August 2019 (UTC)reply
