The result was Refer to talk page. There's reasonable agreement here that this shouldn't be a stand alone article. I think we're looking at a merge somewhere, but I don't see any agreement on a target. There's already a discussion happening at
Talk:Asian Highway Network. It seems like that's a better place to continue to hash this out. --

PROD declined by myself - initial report said No sources, original article creator is blocked sock which was proved to be incorrect, as user was blocked as NOTHERE. No opinion on subject Nightfury 13:28, 4 April 2018 (UTC)reply
Keep I appreciate the nom's non-partisan rationale, but I am instinctively inclined to thinking that this piece of major road automatically passes
WP:GEOROAD as an international road. Having said that, per
Wp:ATD, I'd be happy with a redirect to
something ike this, if this turns out not to.

Merge If ASEAN did bother to number this highway, it is almost certainly notable. However, not every notable highway needs an article. I'd follow SN 54129's idea and merge this into a list.
WP:USRD merged most
farm to market road articles into "listicles", where each section of a list is a mini-article. (See
WP:USRD/RCS.) Something similar could be done for these three-digit ASEAN-signed routes, provided we can source the info. -
