Hi there. Could I please suggest that you do not, at this point, concern yourself with moving other peoples' drafts to mainspace? Determining whether an article is ready for publication requires a fair amount of overview and is therefore best handled by experienced users (specifically those who have permissions for Articles For Creation handling. E.g., PrsA (Parvulin-like peptidyl-prolyl isomerase) should not really have been moved until the author or the reviewer had sorted out the screwed-up referencing.
