Do a search on
Google or your preferred search engine for the subject of the Wikipedia article that you want to create a citation for.
Find a website that supports the claim you are trying to find a citation for.
In a new tab/window, go to the
citation generator, click on the 'An arbitrary website' bubble, and fill out as many fields as you can about the website you just found.
Click the 'Get reference wiki text' button.
Highlight, and then copy (Ctrl+C or Apple+C), the resulting text (it will be something like <ref> {{cite web | .... }}</ref>, copy the whole thing).
In the Wikipedia article, after the claim you found a citation for, paste (Ctrl+V or Apple+V) the text you copied.
If the article does not have a References or Notes section (or the like), add this to the bottom of the page, but above the External Links section and the categories:

I don't know what you have in mind with your series of randomly selected archive.org book references that you have been posting on the pages of randomly selected editors but you need to stop. You must have seen that I reverted the first of these that you posted at my talk page and thus realised that it was unwanted, yet you chose to do it again. Don't do it again.

I see that you have been trying to add information about "phantom"
earthquakes to
Concussion.
However, the source you are citing does not mention the word concussion. This is probably because the leading theories are unrelated to concussions. They are:
Heightened awareness and stress (the source you cite says the cause is likely
Anxiety and
Acute stress disorder)
Exacerbation of pre-existing illness (e.g., someone has very early Parkinson's and now has worse symptoms of shaking)
Regardless of the mechanism, one thing that's known is that most people return to their normal state after a few days. A surprisingly effective treatment is to go outside.

Why are you asking me about a website that is not Wikipedia?
I assume this is about the post at WAIDs talk page? Yuliadhi, you've been posting templated messages at several user talk pages [1], [2], [3], [4], [5], [6], [7], [8], [9], [10], [11], [12]. From looking at the responses, I think the recipients of these messages (and myself) don't understand what you're trying to say. Is there a purpose to these messages? If you can explain what you're looking for, perhaps we can help guide you to the right place. Currently, they're just unclear and mildly disruptive.
