The article was deleted after a deletion debate at WP:Articles for deletion/454 Life Entertainment, and because it was re-created so many times it has been protected against creation.

What you should do is: read WP:Your first article and WP:Notability (organizations and companies); then, if you think you can make an article that will meet the requirements, make one in your user space at User:Yomamsmama99/454 Life Entertainment - just click on that redlink to start. Ask for comments at WP:Requests for feedback, and when you think it is ready ask user King of Hearts ( talk), the admin who closed the deletion discussion, for permission to post it.

I can't give you the last version as a starting-point, because it was a copyright violation, but the source it was copied from was http://www.i-newswire.com/chris-luu-s-new-record-label-launch/27435 - you can get information from there, but you must rewrite it in your own words. You would need to anyway, because that is far too promotional. An encyclopedia article needs a WP:Neutral point of view and is quite different from an advertisement or a PR piece; anything that sounds like one is liable to be deleted - see Wikipedia:Manual of Style (words to watch)#Puffery.
