Hello Tyrfan, welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Our
intro page contains a lot of helpful material for new users—please check it out! If you need help, visit
Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on
my talk page, or place {{helpme}} on this page and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions.

When you leave messages, please remember to "sign" your name, by putting ~~~~ (four
tilde signs) at the end. This will add your name, and the date and time.
You don't need to get approval to make changes; the whole idea of Wikipedia is that anyone can edit.
Having said that, If you did want to discuss an article content (either to propose a change or ask the advice of others), then the place to do so would be on the articles discussion page - for example,
Talk:Diabetes mellitus.
Regarding this specific suggestion, I suggest that you check the
external links policy, and see if you think that it is appropriate. If you do think it meets that policy, then go ahead and add it. If another user objects, they will remove it - and at that point, you should stop and discuss it with them and other users, to form a
consensus - please read
WP:BRD.
I hope this gives you some idea of how things work. For more help, you can either;
Use a {{helpme}} - please create a new section at the end of your own talk page, put {{helpme}}, and ask your question - remember to 'sign' your name by putting ~~~~ at the end; OR
