Yes, I was somehow logged out, and when I came in again I noticed I had a new message on my talk page. I didn't know I was logged out at the time, so I opened up the IP address page thinking it was my own. I was surprised to see a message posted by you on March 15 warning me against spamming. So far as I know, I have not been logged out since before that time. At any rate, I assure you that I did not remove stuff from your talk page. I've been this user for the past six months at least, I think. I don't really know how IP address pages work, so I have no idea what happened. I've never edited under my IP address on this computer. I just wanted to let you know, and was hoping (if you knew) you could explain how that worked. I certainly have no idea. -- Narfil Palùrfalas 16:51, 5 May 2007 (UTC)

arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose
site bans,
topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The
arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to
