Hi, I noticed that you've been adding the ESPN/TrueHoop ranking to a bunch of NBA player pages. The problem is, these rankings aren't notable/official enough to really warrant inclusion. Pretty much every media outlet has some sort of in-house ranking, and there's no official metric to say which one is more notable than another. Some rankings, like John Hollinger's PER, get widespread coverage from other outlets, but for the most part, these in-house rankings aren't treated with any importance. Anyway, feel free to discuss the subject at WT:NBA. -- Mosmof ( talk) 00:56, 24 October 2011 (UTC)
Nice call with this edit; would that the tagger (or I) had come up with such an elegant and rational solution to that situation. HuskyHuskie ( talk) 21:34, 6 November 2011 (UTC)
Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Using different styles throughout the encyclopedia, as you did in Louis Deveau, makes it harder to read. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Eeekster ( talk) 08:58, 19 November 2011 (UTC)
Hello TheHappiestCritic...Thanks for all of you're help on The Latch Brothers Wiki page. It was an honor to see my first contribution approved thanks to you.
I found tons of info on one of the members and accidently started off the article saying he was a music executive first when I figured out and am now corrected as I have fixed the language in my latest edit. Everything now on Kenny Tick Salcido I feel looks good, however I need a professional to help clean it up so it does note get deleted. This is only my second contribution and I feel the individual adds to the lineage of my previous article and is truly worthy. I am still learning and I am hoping you can help me clean this article up and this can be approved.
Sincerely, Kurt Nardone — Preceding unsigned comment added by Kurtnardone ( talk • contribs) 22:31, 30 November 2011 (UTC)
Hello TheHappiestCritic. I am just letting you know that I have converted the speedy deletion tag that you placed on Plaza Towers to a proposed deletion tag, because I do not believe CSD applies to the page in question. Thank you. SmartSE ( talk) 23:22, 6 February 2012 (UTC)
Hi, I wanted to let you know that I removed the prod tag from Plaza Towers and did some work to clean up the article. I think being the second-tallest (and formerly tallest) building in Grand Rapids is evidence of notability. If you disagree and still think the article should be deleted, you can list it at WP:AFD. Hi. When you recently edited Milwaukee Ballet, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Visas ( check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
