Hi Thanoscar21, please review the definition of a minor edit at WP:MINOR. Several of your recent edits to Republican Party (United States) that you marked as minor don't meet the criteria. Regards, Sdkb ( talk) 22:07, 21 February 2020 (UTC)
Hello, I'm
LanHikari64. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article,
Barack Obama, but you didn't provide a
reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to
include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at the
tutorial on citing sources, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on
my talk page. Hey, that was incorrect information. Please read a source before adding information that you believe is in it. Barack Obama got 19 votes and Donald Trump got 13.

Hi Thanoscar21! The thread you created at the
Wikipedia:Teahouse,

Hello Thanoscar21. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially egregious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat SEO.
Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are extremely strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.
Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the
Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at
User:Thanoscar21. The template {{
Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Thanoscar21|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}
. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message.

This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.
You have shown interest in post-1932 politics of the United States and closely related people. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.
For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.

Why do Hispanic people need to go above and beyond to be considered American on this website when others do not have to show proof of their American citizenship or nationality....? Can you answer that? I'm sure if the person being described on the page is Caucasian, you just immediately take the editors word for it that they are American. They could have been born in Ireland and there would be no need to prove it because they fit your made-up American image. In case you haven't noticed, the United States is full of a diverse group of people with varying ethnic backgrounds. You and others like you on this site need to get with the times.👍🏼👍🏼💭No Caucasian person with a Wikipedia page is ever described as "white" or "Caucasian" or "Anglo", so why does Gabriel Fernandez's ethnic background matter? I don't think you realize your "rule" comes off very racist and discriminatory. Just wanted to let you know that! FightForWhatsRight ( talk) 14:55, 21 May 2020 (UTC)

If you no longer want rollback, contact me and I'll remove it. Also, for some more information on how to use rollback, see Wikipedia:Administrators' guide/Rollback (even though you're not an admin). I'm sure you'll do great with rollback, but feel free to leave me a message on my talk page if you run into troubles or have any questions about appropriate/inappropriate use of rollback. Thank you for helping to reduce vandalism. Happy editing! Anarchyte ( talk • work) 16:41, 4 June 2020 (UTC)
Dear Thanoscar,
I answer to your message from yesterday. I tried to change the Wikipedia page relating to Delvaux. Delvaux is a company where I work as a legal counsel. (you can consult my linkedin page as a proof of my position there). We want to change the Delvaux page, as its content is not accurate and up to date. Therefore, we drafted a text that is more up to date. Also, the CEO of Delvaux has changed and it is an information that needs to be updated. How can I proceed to change it ?

You reverted a page I edited here:
/info/en/?search=User_talk:2600:1700:3BD0:21CF:9048:D451:C5B2:9610
saying "but you didn't provide a reliable source." The change you reverted removed the link to the article from Xinhua News Agency - which is the official State-Run News Agency of record speaking of their own president.
Was the problem that I cited the reference incorrectly in my edit (in which case I could change it), or that you didn't like the source (though I'm not sure which news agency you'd think is better positioned to speak to the statements from the President of China). — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2600:1700:3BD0:21CF:9048:D451:C5B2:9610 ( talk) 04:09, 20 June 2020 (UTC)

Hey, I just noticed your revert on Samuel Hamilton Walker ( diff). Are you sure the contribution is promotional? The book seems to be a credible source that's relevant to the subject (see here or here). To me, it looked more like an editor unfamiliar with Wikipedia inserting something in the wrong section. I am removing CurtisJD's edits because they are adding all their own predictions to all the Senate election pages without discussing whether their own firm should be included.

Hi, I’m not sure which edit you are talking about? Is it the 35 death/casualty section?
Hi, there was a section and you should try finding it in the old versions. There was a discussion where people were thinking of leaving it as Indian sources or claims on the 40 deaths figure, instead of saying “Indian media made up the 43 deaths” because China rejected the 40+ death toll, its better to leave it as “claimed”. No major western nor Chinese media acknowledges the 43 casualties, the only initial source was ABP news and it was deemed long unreliable as it’s a party backed media.
