Thanks again for the comment on my talk page. I hope you don't mind, but I copied a couple of userboxes from your page. You can grab some of mine if you want (did you see the Spider-man box I made?). ~~ Ben 10 23:27, 14 June 2007 (UTC)
I'm glad you like it. I'm planning to do one on Sigmund Freud (or Sick-Man Fraud, as I call him) pretty soon if you're interested. ~~ Ben 10 12:50, 14 June 2007 (UTC)
Hi Sophiakorichi, your article for Nadira is pretty good, though I would personally edit down the Role in Skybreaker section, as it is pretty much a summary of the entire book. Also, if you're going to mention the ending of the book, you really should also put up a spoiler warning so as to not ruin the ending for those who haven't read it yet. Phil 13:57, 13 June 2007 (UTC)

Yup, this is the original quote. Boy Meets World featured a simplified version of it. This very same quote ends up in a lot of places in a lot of ways, I guess.
Just wondering, where'd you come across my username? I'm always curious as to how Wikipedians stumble across each other...

hey. i know that, of the two of us, im probably the more geeky, but if you're interested in fairy tails, ive got a book suggestion for you: the Summer King by O. R. Melling. its kinda silly, as its a fairy tail, complete with fairies, but i was picking a random book in the fantasy section to read, and this is what i found. its good, though. ~Sophiakorichi

Hello. I haven't read the Seventh Tower yet; I tried to read the Ragwitch, but found it rather frustrating. I'm currently reading Harry Potter through, having just finished Trudi Canavan's Age of the Five trilogy. Do you recommend the Seventh Tower?

Yeah, there was a picture there of my page being screwed up but i replaced that with the vandals thing. I'm sure if you looked through the history you could find a couple vandalisms. oh and that box means i'm heterosexual but i'm not homophobic, i support gay rights and stuff like that. -- BlastOButter42 See Hear Speak 18:26, 22 August 2007 (UTC)
No WAY! I absolutly LOVE that book (and Edward too for that matter...). I got my sister and my mom to read them and they love them too. We're going to buy Eclipse in a couple of days, and I can't wait to read it. The thing I think is coolest about Stephenie Meyer is that she's LDS, like me! Stephenie is also going on tour for Eclipse and is visiting a lot of places for the tour, you should check it out if you like Twilight. Bella Swan(Talk!) 12:44, 23 August 2007 (UTC)

Hi, there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. On many keyboards, the tilde is entered by holding the Shift key, and pressing the key with the tilde pictured. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Honestly, I don't think she made Dumbledore's character with the idea of him being gay. She was probably made itup on the spot, or had thought of it earlier. I really liked J K Rowilng's writing, but I really think she just wanted to say something surprising and new about the series, so she came up with this. I actually find it kinda sick that she would take such a great character and essentially ruin the idea of Dumbledore and all he stood for. ~ Bella Swan 16:19, 22 October 2007 (UTC)

An editor has nominated one or more articles which you have created or worked on, for deletion. The nominated article is Midnight Sun (novel). We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also Wikipedia:Notability and " What Wikipedia is not").
Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion(s) by adding your comments to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Midnight Sun (novel). Please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).
You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate.
Please note: This is an automatic notification by a bot. I have nothing to do with this article or the deletion nomination, and can't do anything about it. -- Erwin85Bot ( talk) 01:13, 1 April 2010 (UTC)
Hello there. This is an automated message to tell you about the gradual phasing out of the preference entitled "Mark all edits minor by default", which you currently have (or very recently had) enabled.
On 13 March 2011, this preference was hidden from the user preferences screen as part of efforts to prevent its accidental misuse (
consensus discussion). This had the effect of locking users in to their existing preference, which, in your case, was true
. To complete the process, your preference will automatically be changed to false
in the next few days. This does not require any intervention on your part and you will still be able to manually mark your edits as being 'minor'. The only thing that's changed is that you will no longer have them marked as minor by default.
For established users such as yourself there is a workaround available involving custom JavaScript. If you are familiar with the contents of WP:MINOR, and believe that it is still beneficial to the encyclopedia to have all your edits marked as such by default, then this discussion will give you the details you need to continue with this functionality indefinitely. If you have any problems, feel free to drop me a note.
Thank you for your understanding and happy editing :) Editing on behalf of User:Jarry1250, LivingBot ( talk) 19:17, 14 March 2011 (UTC)

Hi Sophiakorichi!
I have put together a survey for female editors of Wikipedia (and related projects) in order to explore, in greater detail, women's experiences and roles within the Wikimedia movement. It'd be wonderful if you could participate!
It's an independent survey, done by me, as a fellow volunteer Wikimedian. It is not being done on behalf of the Wikimedia Foundation. I hope you'll participate!
Just click this link to participate in this survey, via Google!
Any questions or concerns, feel free to email me or stop by my user talk page. Also, feel free to share this any other female Wikimedians you may know. It is in English, but any language Wikimedia participants are encouraged to participate. I appreciate your contributions - to the survey and to Wikipedia! Thank you! The article Kate de Vries has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your
edit summary or on
the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the
proposed deletion process, but other
deletion processes exist. In particular, the
speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and
articles for deletion allows discussion to reach
consensus for deletion. Ten Pound Hammer • (

Hi. The Wikipedia:WikiProject Europe/The 10,000 Challenge has recently started, based on the UK/Ireland Wikipedia:The 10,000 Challenge. The idea is not to record every minor edit, but to create a momentum to motivate editors to produce good content improvements and creations and inspire people to work on more countries than they might otherwise work on. There's also the possibility of establishing smaller country or regional challenges for places like Germany, Italy, the Benelux countries, Iberian Peninsula, Romania, Slovenia etc, much like Wikipedia:The 1000 Challenge (Nordic). For this to really work we need diversity and exciting content and editors from a broad range of countries regularly contributing. If you would like to see masses of articles being improved for Europe and your specialist country like Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The Africa Destubathon, sign up today and once the challenge starts a contest can be organized. This is a way we can target every country of Europe, and steadily vastly improve the encyclopedia. We need numbers to make this work so consider signing up as a participant and also sign under any country sub challenge on the page that you might contribute to! Thank you. -- MediaWiki message delivery ( talk) 21:09, 7 November 2016 (UTC)

If you've been contributing to the contest, thank you for your support, we've produced over 2000 articles. If you haven't contributed yet, we would appreciate you taking the time to add entries to our articles achievements list by the end of the month. Thank you, and if participating, good luck with the finale!
