I hope to communicate with you regarding my Wikipedia account and website. First and foremost, I would like to express my sincere apologies if my edits violated Wikipedia's guidelines.

I understand that my account was blocked due to the perception that I used it for advertising and promotion. In reality, I only edited two articles, namely "rekeying" and "audit trail." In the "audit trail" article, I included a link to the Wikipedia page on "access control." In the "rekeying" article, I added information about the process of rekeying electronic locks and provided a link to the website lockmanage.com. I included this link because I found an alternative rekeying process for electronic locks on that website. The original "rekeying" article only covered the process for mechanical locks. I believed that as technology advances, smart locks and electronic locks are becoming more prevalent, and they often feature rekeying capabilities. Hence, I added their rekeying processes.

At the time, I did not realize that these edits could be seen as advertising or a violation of Wikipedia's policies. I assure you sincerely that my intention was to provide relevant information to readers, without any commercial promotion.

I have thoroughly reevaluated my editing behavior and deeply regret any oversight on my part. I pledge to strictly adhere to Wikipedia's editing guidelines, making them the guiding principles for my future edits.

I kindly request your consideration to lift the ban on my account and remove the lockmanage.com website from the spam blacklist. I would like to further explain my editing behavior. Previously, I was unaware that my edits could be perceived as spam due to editing as a guest user. This meant that I did not receive any warnings or guidance from other administrators. It was only after reviewing the evidence you provided that I realized my previous edits may have been wrongly identified as advertising and promotion. I deeply regret this and promise to be more cautious in my future actions.

I want to emphasize that my intention with each edit was to enrich the content of the articles and provide valuable information to readers. I had no intention of engaging in any form of commercial advertising or promotion. If my edits have violated Wikipedia's guidelines, I will accept the decision and refrain from further editing on Wikipedia.

However, I would like to earnestly request that you remove lockmanage.com from the spam blacklist. While my previous edits may have had issues, it does not mean that lockmanage.com is a spam website. The website offers valuable information on the rekeying process of electronic locks, which I believe can benefit readers.
